Composition:

Each film-coated tablet contains lamivudine 150 mg, zidovudine 300 mg, avicel PH 200, sodium starch glycolate, lactose DT, cellactose 80, colloidal silicium dioxide, magnesium estearate and OPADRY II HP 85G28725.

Indications:

LAMIVUDINA / ZIDOVUDINA DOSA is indicated for the treatment of HIV infected adults and children of at least 12 years with progressive immunodeficiency.

Lamivudine in association with zidovudine reduces the HIV-1 viral load and increases CD4+ cell count. Clinical data indicates that lamivudine, in association with zidovodine alone or in association with therapeutic regimes containing zidovudine, produces an important reduction in the disease progression or death risk.
