Composition:
MEROPENEM 500 DOSA:
Each glass bottle contains meropenem 500 mg (as meropenem trihydrate), and anhydrous sodium carbonate.
MEROPENEM 1000 DOSA:
Each glass bottle contains meropenem 1000 mg (as meropenem trihydrate), and anhydrous sodium carbonate.
Indications:
MEROPENEM DOSA is indicated for the infections in infants and adults caused by one or many bacteria sensitive to meropenem, such as, infections of low respiratory tract and nosocomial pneumonia; infections of the urinary ways, including complicated infections; intra-abdominal infections; gynaecologic infections, including pelvis inflammatory disease and post-delivery infections; skin and soft tissue infections; meningitis: septicemia; empirical treatment upon the suspicion that adult and infant patients have infections from febrile neutropenia, in single therapy or combined therapy with antiviral or antimicotic agents.

Antibiotic.
