TEMOLA 5 capsules

Each capsule contains:

Temozolomide 5 mg, anhydrous lactose, sodium starch glycolate, coloidal sílice dioxide, tartaric acid, and steraric acid.

TEMOLA 20 capsules

Each capsule contains:

Temozolomide 20 mg, anhydrous lactose, sodium starch glycolate, coloidal sílice dioxide, tartaric acid, and steraric acid.

TEMOLA 100 capsules

Each capsule contains:

Temozolomide 100 mg, anhydrous lactose, sodium starch glycolate, coloidal sílice dioxide, tartaric acid, and steraric acid.

TEMOLA 250 capsules

Each capsule contains:

Temozolomide 250 mg, anhydrous lactose, sodium starch glycolate, coloidal silice dioxide, tartaric acid, and steraric acid.

Therapeutic action

Antineoplastic agent.

Therapeutic indications

TEMOLA capsules are indicated for the treatment of patients with:

Newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme concomitantly with radiotherapy and afterwards in single therapy.

Malignant glioma, such as glioblastoma multiforme or anaplastic astrocytoma, presenting recurrence or progression after the standard therapy.

Dose and adminstration

TEMOLA is administered in combination with focal radiotherapy (concomitant phase) followed by up to six cycles of temozolomide as single therapy.

Special storing conditions

Store at a temperature below 30ºC.
